The Haematology Society of Australia and New Zealand (HSANZ) Council is pleased to call for applications for the HOW Collaborative HSANZ Clinical Fellowship to be taken up in 2020. This year, the HOW Collaborative and HSANZ will award one Clinical Fellowship to an Australian or New Zealand applicant of outstanding merit and whose work aligns with the aims of the HOW Collaborative and HSANZ.

About Us

The Perinatal Society of Australia and New Zealand (PSANZ) Early Career Research (ECR) Committee is comprised of passionate new investigators. Its membership includes basic scientists, neonatologists, neonatal nurses, midwives, obstetricians and public health professionals. The interdisciplinary nature of the ECR Committee is a major strength of the group, enabling the generation of a broad spectrum of innovative ideas and activities to facilitate the development of ECRs.

Aims

The PSANZ ECR Committee aims to:

  • Encourage training and research in perinatology
  • Identify and communicate the needs of ECRs to the PSANZ community, including the Board of Directors
  • Support and promote ECRs by facilitating access to mentorship, collaboration and professional development opportunities.
