PSANZ ECR Events

The PSANZ Early-Career Researcher (ECR) Event at The Aviary Rooftop in Perth was designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate a diverse research community, set against one of the city’s most striking skyline views. The evening brought together senior leaders and early-career researchers in a relaxed and energising atmosphere, where attendees enjoyed good food, engaging games, and warm hospitality. The rooftop setting provided an ideal environment to unwind while fostering meaningful professional connections. The event successfully sparked motivation, encouraged thoughtful conversation, and strengthened connections across career stages, supporting a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and community within PSANZ beyond formal conference spaces. Attendees had the opportunity to seek guidance, expand their networks, and enjoy an uplifting social experience with colleagues.
